AJ cooked me the best huevos rancheros ever. That hit the spot for sure. The tortilla was fried at the bottom giving that good crunch. Half and half chile was smothered and the pueblo green chile always good.
This place has legit green chili. Had a chicken burrito smothered with hot chili and it was top notch. The spicy chili was actually spicy well done
Taco stop has to be one of my absolute favorite Mexican restaurants in Pueblo, better than many of the full on dine-in large menu restaurants. I got several items. First, I got a chicken soft taco and pork soft taco! These were incredible! The meat was perfectly cooked. In addition, they are large too! These had to be my favorite items I got. I also got a chicharrone breakfast burrito smother in the "hot" green chile. Surprisingly, the green chile was the spiciest I've had in Pueblo. Finally I also got the menudo. The tripe was tender and not really chewy. The spice of the stew was so good too! I will most definitely come here again!!
